Ryan Patrick Winkler (born December 30, 1975) is Minnesota politician and a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 44B, which includes portions of the cities of Golden Valley and St. Louis Park in Hennepin County. A Democrat, he was first elected in 2006, and was re-elected in 2008 and 2010.[1]

Winkler is currently a member of the House's Finance Committee, the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, and the State and Local Government Operations Reform, Technology and Elections Committee. He also serves on the Finance subcommittees for the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division and the State Government Finance Division, and on the State and Local Government Operations Reform, Technology and Elections Subcommittee for the Local Government Division.[2]

Winkler graduated with an A.B. in history from Harvard University in 1998 and J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2001.[1]
